The foundation is primarily run by volunteers. Money is still needed for a number of things such as maintenance and replacement. To this end, the foundation receives donations from people who care about the Carillon. Our donors receive an annual newsletter containing a QR code for transferring an (annual) donation. If you would like to make a donation, please click on this payment link. Alternatively you can contact us via the contact form.
To make donating extra interesting, the foundation has applied for and obtained the status of “Cultural Public Benefit Organization” (Cultural ANBI). Donors of cultural ANBIs are entitled to an additional gift deduction in their income tax return.
Finances
In order to be able to provide for major maintenance, the Tower Music Foundation has a financial reserve of €5,000 to €6,000 on its balance sheet. The musicians receive an expense allowance. To be able to organize 5 to 6 concerts annually in the summer months, an activity subsidy is requested from the municipality. Funds are also being raised. The foundation board receive no remuneration or compensation.
This results in the 2024 budget and the 2023 income and expenditure overview.
